RULES AND REGULATIONS

•ALL GUESTS MUST SHOW VALID ID OR YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER.

•NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD PERMITTED.

•All visitors must register on arrival regardless of length of stay.

•Daily visitor’s fees are $10.00 for each adult & $5.00 for each child. Overnight visitor’s fees are $15.00 for each adult & $10 for each child.

•NO construction materials, skids, or garbage are to be burned due to environmental and safety hazards. Please do not leave campfires unattended.

•All dogs must be leashed at all times and barking kept under control. Leash may not be any longer than 6 feet. No more than 2 dogs per site. No dogs allowed in pool area or in the lake. Pets cannot be left unattended at your site and must be cleaned up after. Due to insurance regulations, all Pitbulls, Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, and Wolf-Hybrids are strictly prohibited. Anyone who does not pick up after their pets will be asked to leave their pets home and/or be fined $5.00

•No cutting down trees or removal of trees from wooded areas. No chainsaws allowed. Do not build bridges or dam up streams/run off areas.

•Parents are responsible and liable for the actions of their children at all times. Children must be on YOUR site by 10:00pm. Parents are responsible for policing their own children and making sure they are back on your site by curfew. No exceptions.

•Entering the woods behind the sites is strictly forbidden.

•Campfires in woods are stricktly forbidden.

•Person(s) must have a valid drivers license to operate any motor vehicle on the property.

•No refunds. Management assumes no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accident, etc. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) for failure to abide by the rules.

•Quiet hours are 11:00pm to 8:00am. Pool hours are 11am to 8:00pm, weather permitting.

•Speed limit is 5 mph, which is strictly enforced. Anyone violating the speed limit will be asked to leave.

•Limit of 5 people per site. Only 2 vehicles per site, all others must park in designated area - no exceptions. Do not park in anyone elses’s site. The rule also applies to your guests.

•All daily visitors must leave the campground by 10:00pm or will be charged accordingly.

•Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your site. Transporting and displaying alcohol in common areas is strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol use will not be tolerated. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Any minor violating this rule and their family will be subject to expulsion from the campground.

•No children under the age of 14 are permitted in the pool without supervision.

•No swimming in the lake. No rock throwing in the lake. Fishing is catch and release only.

•Bicycle riding after dark is prohibited. Due to the unsafe terrain, please do not ride bikes on Hillside Drive. All bike riders must stay on roads and obey all posted motor vehicle signs. Anyone who is injured while disregarding this rule shall hold Ponderosa Pines harmless and free of liability. Children must obey PA helmet laws.

•Children are not allowed unattended in restrooms. The bathhouse is cleaned daily, please do your part to keep it clean.

•All children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

•Smoking is prohibited in all buldings and within 15 feet of the pool.

•ATVs, dirt bikes, fireworks, and firearms are strictly prohibited.

•No glass containers allowed in pool area.

Please walk in pool area - no running, pushing, or horseplay. No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. Pool rules and hours are posted.

•Please do not enter POSTED PROPERTY. Property across the lake and beyond the hill sites are private property.

•Please dispose of trash in dumpster (food

garbage only). Please take home any broken

lawn chairs, appliances, etc. These items will not be taken by our garbage company and will cost us addition fees to have removed from the campground.

•Campfires (not bonfires) are permitted and should not be left unattended. Please extinguish fires prior to leaving or retiring for the evening.

•Usage of any docks is limited to campsite tenant.

•Do no move fire rings without permission.

•A variety of sporting equiptment is available for use, free of charge, to registered campers.

•Earrly arrival/late departure charge is $10.00 (campsite only).

•Early arrival/late departure charge is $30.00 (cabins only).

•Early arrival is 11am, late departure is 2pm.

•Additional sleeping unit on site pays $20.00.

•Electric hot water heaters is not allowed.

•No illegal drugs or drug use on the property.
